Chicken Sandwich Illness Report - Chick-Fil-A, Garner North Carolina

10 months ago reported by user-mdfr3596 business

Chick-fil-A, Shenstone Boulevard, Garner, NC, USA

220 Shenstone Boulevard, Garner, 27529 North Carolina, United States

I ate a regular chicken sandwich with Mayo on Friday 3/7/25. About 2 hours later I began having diarrhea and vomiting that lasted until the next day. The diarrhea continued through Monday morning. Other symptoms include severe stomach pains, extreme nausea, chills,
Fever and weakness. It is now 3/10/25 and I am still experiencing nausea and have still been unable to eat anything other that some crackers. I don’t know if it was the sandwich or the mayo but it was the only thing I had to eat that day. I hope no one has to experience what I have been going through this past weekend. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Weakness
