Chicken Meal Causes Illness - Chick-Fil-A, Winston-Salem North Carolina

2 years ago reported by user-yjkfy316 business

Chick-fil-A, Silas Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC, USA

3320 Silas Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem, 27103 North Carolina, United States

Took 2 of my grandkids to Hanes Mall Saturday, March 2nd, and stopped at Chick-fil-A. My grandson had chicken tenders, Sprite and fries. I had the deluxe chicken sandwich, no fries and no drink, while my granddaughter only had fries and Sprite. My grandson and I have been nauseous since Saturday evening with awful burping and by Monday afternoon, we started with the vomiting and diarrhea. It's Tuesday morning and we are still experiencing the symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Burping
