I ordered the spicy southwest salad with avocado lime dressing. About 3-4 hours later I started having intense stomach pains and starting vomiting at 11:30pm. I simultaneously started having very liquid diarrhea and uncontrollable body shakes. This lasted the entire night, a cycle of me throwing up every 30min to 1 hour and putting on many layers because I was so “cold”. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
