My caregiver and I picked up food at this place for lunch as a treat. By night, my caregiver was violently ill. I have never seen her that ill . Diarrhea and vomiting. Later, I had stomach pain and nausea that interfered with my sleep. I believe we were experiencing salmonella poisoning. The chicken was not fully cooked.
