Got the southwest chicken salad with avocado ranch dressing for lunch around noon, by 5pm I was feeling sharp cramping and stomach pains along with gas, shortly after diarrhea and nausea kicked in and by that evening 10pm the vomiting started. No fever but have been in so much pain and feel completely sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Fever
