I ate the chicken sandwich, fries and fruit cup. After that I didn’t have anything else to eat and woke up with stomach cramps. After that I had a bad headache, stomach cramps, and diarrhea for going on 3 days now. 😵💫 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
