Carry out order 12:56 PM EDT, September 5, 2025 Grilled nuggets, fries, and lemonade with ice Chick-fil-A sauce and ketchup Stomach pain began about 2-2 1/2 hours after eating meal with worsening pain by 3 hours, coming in spasms and nausea with severest pain. Bloating. Vomiting began about 4 hours after meal. Pain continuing with some chills & multiple episodes of vomiting. Frequent stools. No other food or beverages since early morning, where I ate with a friend. Friend did not get sick from CFA but had a different protein and drink. This is a Chick-fil-A meal I eat frequently at other locations without any problems. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Bloating
