What is in the food that causes cramps, It was about 15 to 20 minutes after I ate my hands froze up into curls I couldn't open my phone my stomach started spasming and it swelled a little bit came up food I mean not much I think it was from this spasms  | Symptoms: Cramps, Muscle Spasms
