Food Safety Report: Chick-fil-A, Veterans Parkway, Clarksville, IN, United States.

We had placed a catering order for our entire office from Chick-Fil-A on July 7th. Part of the order was for 10 chicken wraps. 9 out of 10 of our employees that consumed the chicken wraps became violently ill that evening and spanning multiple days from ingesting them. We did not have any reports of illness from anybody who consumed the fried chicken sandwiches. The Vice President of Sales from our company contacted the Franchise Owner of the restaurant who did not express any concern over the matter. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
