Chicken Wrap Illness Report - Chick-Fil-A, Gloucester Courthouse Virginia

Bought a grilled chicken cool wrap with the garlic ranch dressing 4/13/17 last night around 8pm for dinner. I ate half and finished that portion around 8:30. By 9:30 I was sweating profusely, had stomach cramps (closest thing I've ever experienced next to labor pains), became extremely red/flushed on my entire body, and just felt ill. Symptoms became gradually worse and around 10pm the dry heaving started then uncontrollable vomiting with sweats and chills. 10:30pm diarrhea and fever were added to the mix. Now it is 11:45am 4/14/17 and still experiencing majority of symptoms listed above. Needless to say I will never eat at Chick-fil-A again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Cramps, Sweating
