Grilled Wrap Meal Illness - Chick-Fil-A,

On May 21, 2015 I ordered the grilled chicken cool wrap meal with fries, and a diet lemonade. Shortly after eating, I felt extremely full and began to feel hot, then I developed a headache, and drowsiness. I ate appoximately an hour ago now, and i am feeling worse and worse by the minute; Very nauseous. I am beginning to think that it is food poisining, and I'm unsure what item made me feel this way. My co-worker is also feeling ill, she ordered the 12 count meal with fries and a lemonade. Therefore, it could have been the fries or the lemonade since we both consumed those items, but her symptoms differ. I will update once I find out the cause | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Headache
