A friend and I went out to eat on Tuesday and decided to try Chick Fil a for the first time. We both go tenders and waffle fries and the next day we were both sick. I had a fever, headache, blurry vision, nausea and vomitting. I had to be just laying down for 2 days because everytime I simply sat up I would vomit. I could not keep anything down, not even water or any medicine.its been a few days and we are still not completely better. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Blurry vision, Headache
