On Tuesday October 24,2023 I got a 4 chicken strip meal with a side of cheese sauce and 2 hours later i was throwing up the lining of my stomach for about 5/6 hours back to back while also having diarrhea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
