I ate a pretzel chicken club sandwich with the tomato removed last night at 10 pm and started feeling nauseous and major stomach pain this morning around 5 AM it was so bad I couldn't even move I have never felt that much pain in my life and didn't think about food poisoning until my sister who is a healer said that she was sure that I was experiencing symptoms from food poisoning and what did I eat my lower abdomen felt like it was being ripped apart and I finally passed out and woke up to severe diarrhea and vomiting around 11 AM and it finally subsided around 8 pm but I am noticing bloody discharge | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
