May 5th, 2026. Ate chick fil a deluxe sandwich with only lettuce and cheese. Got sick hours later with diarrhea, nausea, terrible cramps, headache, chills. Couldn't eat for a day. Symptoms persisted for 5 days. My mom ate chicken sandwich without lettuce and was fine. Already reported to store. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
