I started off my day with a egg white scramble. I went to work and went to get food around 3:15pm. I ordered grilled chicken sandwhich with large waffle fry and an unsweet tea. I got honey mustard and chick fil a sauce. Today I ate nothing but chick fil a. About 2 hours after eating I got a massive head ache. I took medicine and tried to take a nap; however, nothing worked. I had a super bad head ache until about 8:30pm when I threw it all up. Seeing that chick fil a was all I had to eat, I need it was nothing else. I love chick fil a and I'm honestly surprised. I don't know what preparation was taken when preparing my food; however, I felt awful and still feel someone ill. | Symptoms: Vomiting
