Every time I get it, it doesn’t matter if it’s a spicy sandwich or chicken nuggets, I always have diarrhea and stomach cramps after. At first, I thought it was because I was ordering a milkshake and I’m slightly intolerant to lactose. But I’ve since ordered lemonade instead and have experienced the exact same issue.
