Every time I get it, it doesn’t matter if it’s a spicy sandwich or chicken nuggets, I always have diarrhea and stomach cramps after. At first, I thought it was because I was ordering a milkshake and I’m slightly intolerant to lactose. But I’ve since ordered lemonade…

My daughter had grilled chicken nuggets and potatoes waffle fries for dinner 2hrs later she complained about tummy aches. I realized she got a fever and then moments later she vomited. Twice so far.
