Ate serving broccoli salad that I purchased on March 29 on March 29. Woke up 7 hours later with a severe headache. Ate remaining broccoli salad on March 30 (double the portion). Woke up 8 hours later with severe headache, nausea and vomiting. Did not eat anything else from chicken salad with these symptoms. Other food I ate for these 48 hours, I prepared at home. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
