Chicken Enchiladas, rice, beans, chips & salsa, and fried cauliflower, My mother and I both had the chicken enchiladas with rice and beans last night, 4/12, around 6:30PM. We have both been violently throwing up, severe diarrhea, nausea, and are lightheaded. This is probably the worst food poisoning I’ve had in my life. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Lightheaded
