I had chicken rice bowl and my stomach was upset later, and then I felt it yesterday and til now I’m not getting any better I lost lots of fluids I ordered the food on December 15th, after I ate I felt I had stomach ache but I thought maybe cause I was full, but then the next day I wokeup it was really bad I was throwing up I had diarrhoea my visit to the bathroom didn’t stop til this second that I’m typing and I have fever, literally everything I eat or drink I end up losing it it’s so hard to keep it in my body I’m so weak I was supposed to work out today but I couldn’t I can’t do anything it’s so painful I’m really struggling 😭 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Stomach Pain
