Had Southwest Salad & small bowl of chili. Woke up projectile out of both ends. I'm 5 months pregnant, so I was terrified. Went to the ER, & said I have samonella, e coli, or lysteria posioning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
