Takeout Soup Causes Illness - Chili's, Denver Colorado

Got takeout from there for lunch yesterday around 11AM and ended up at Urgent Care by 8:00PM for dehydration from vomiting/diarrhea due to food poisoning. I think it was the bacon bits I put on top of the soup. Had to miss work yesterday afternoon and all today because of it. When I called the restaurant they didn’t offer anything except an apology “if” I did get it from there. Hadn’t eaten anything for dinner the night before and it was all I had to eat yesterday. Now I am battling a fever and headache because I can’t keep any real foods down still. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache
