I ordered the southwest chicken salad for an early lunch on November 9 and started to eat but then I noticed the chicken was undercooked so I sent the salad back to the kitchen for a new one. Even though I got a new salad, I had stomach problems later on that day but nothing else happened. On early Tuesday morning that is when the constant diarrhea and nausea started. I could not stop having diarrhea the entire day and part of the next day. I didn’t have anything out of the ordinary the days prior so I knew it was from the salad.
