Yesterday around 12pm I ordered a 6-ounce serloin steak with loaded mash and broccoli. I split the queso appetizer with a friend, as well as the cookie for desert. I wasn’t even finished with my food when my stomach started to hurt. All day long it felt as though there was a rock in my stomach and I kept burping up the food. At night I had a fever and chills that lasted for hours, as well as diarrhea. I tried to throw up a few times but I couldn’t. This morning I’ve been in and out of the bathroom, still burping up the food, and still feel as though there’s a rock in my stomach. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Burping
