Buffalo Chicken ER Visit - Chili's, Columbia Missouri

Family and I came in around 530pm on Monday March 5, 2018. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and cup of Enchilada soup. The soup was brought out to me before the meal, after I ate it I couldn't stomach to eat the main course of my meal. So I asked our waiter to bring iut a to-go bot for me. The rest if my family aye, w/o any problems. I made it home, Boonville, MO., and by 700pm I was doubled over in agonizing pain feeling nauseous, vomiting and suffering fever, diarrhea, and other symptoms for hours. At 900am the next morning (3/6/18) I was trembling, had no fluids left in me and was still experiencing symptoms of cramping, full body aching, muscle fatigue and complete weakness. I was rushed to the ER at University Hospital (Col. MO) We contacted the Chili's manager from the ER to inform her of the problem and to talk to her kitchen staff. She didn't even ask my name or seem too concerned, though she did tell me to feel better. It seems, Chili's has an issue with food poisoning, from the reviews I've already read. I hope to be contacted by a representative of your company. I paid my dinner bill, wasn't expecting to pay an ER/ pharmacy bill as a result. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Fatigue, Cramps, Body Ache
