Dined in yesterday and had their Triple Dipper. I had the Nashville Mozzarella Sticks, Nashville Chicken Tenders, and Honey Chipotle Chicken Tenders. About an hour later had severe stomach pain then started to throw up and then had watery diarrhea which persisted all night in to the morning. I haven’t eaten Chilis in about 3-4 years prior to this incident. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills

I ordered the mozzarella sticks at the Levittown location on Friday and felt like i had poisoning a few days later (same symptoms as you). I haven't eaten at chilis in years also. Now I'm wondering if it was related.
I just had a triple dipper from Westbury on Sunday and got severe food poisoning as well
Got a takeout salad a week ago and a stomach bug. Can't tell from where, since norovirus can contaminate food or hands or surfaces anywhere, but it's a bit suspect that others reported the same symptoms.
