This is the second time I’ve eaten at chili’s in Turlock and have gotten severe diarrhea, nausea and vomiting and stomach pains. I order the crispy chicken tenders, loaded mashed potatoes and mac. Last time I even found a bug in my drink, don’t know why I went back. Worst decision ever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
