I ordered the classic nachos appetizer without any added meat. I began to feel ill on the ride home to my apartment. Once inside, I had horrible diarrhea, then laid down for a nap after cleaning up. I woke covered in vomit, running to the bathroom, lightheaded and dizzy. My boyfriend helped me up and down to the bathroom where I vomited several more times. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Lightheaded
