Undercooked Fajita Illness - Chili's, Elkton Maryland

I went to this location. I ate their Fajita platter with chicken, carnitas and beef. When the serving came out it was not hot after eating one Fajita I complained to the server that the food was cold. So they brought out a new serving which was much fully cooked. By the time I got home I was exhibiting food poisoning symptoms and I'm still suffering after 2 days. I believe the first serving was under cooked causing my problem.
