I had the triple dipper I did not eat the mozzarella and I only ate 1 chicken tender. The restaurant smelled like it was cleaned with dirty old mop water. About 5 hours after eating I was in severe abdominal pain and throwing up. It is now 8 hours and I have been in and out of the bathroom with diarrhea and vomiting. I went to urgent care and have been told I have food borne illness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
