Christmas Eve Meal Illness - Chili's, Dundalk Maryland

I purchased a to-go meal yesterday evening, Christmas Eve. I ordered the Ancho Salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I ate the meal at around 6 pm. I woke up at 2:00 a.m. with severe stomach pains and diarrhea. Vomiting started within 30 minutes of diarrhea. Both kept up throughout the night and morning. It's now 9:30 am, and I'm debating whether I should go to ER. I have not been this sick since 2011, when my gallbladder was infected but it took six mos. for Hopkins to remove it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
