I ate the quesadilla chicken explosion salad with an appetizer of some quacamole and chips on June 1, 2022 late in the day. I experienced nausea, vomiting, headache and fever for 4 days afterwards. It was miserable. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache
