1/5/25, I got the triple dipper appetizer with the sliders, mozzarella sticks and southwestern egg rolls. It was the only thing I ate that day besides a bagel from home. After eating it, I felt sick. My head started to hurt and soon, I threw up the entire meal. I believe it was the southwestern egg rolls because they tasted off to me, but I can't exactly narrow down which of the foods made me sick. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Chills, Headache
