Fajita Trio Illness: ER Visit - Chili's, Orlando Florida

I visited Chili's on Friday Nov 22, 2024 around 7:30pm. I ordered a Fajita trio. Few mins after I left started feeling headache. Around 1:30am I arted vomiting, after I vomit 5 more times. Saturday had to go to ER with strong pain, chills, nausea and vomiting. Yesterday I had to go again with strong abdominal pain. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache, Chills
