Stopped by Chili's Fri night late. Ordered 10 oz sirloin with mashed potatoes and asparagus for take out. Tasted fine but approximately 5:30 am I started vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, hot and cold chills. Knew it had to be Chili's food because the last time I ate had been almost 9 hours previously. Horrible experience. Will never eat there again. Still have food receipt. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
