I had the triple dipper and found random pieces of macaroni in it which weird me out because i hadn't ordered any but i continue to eat and on the way home. I had a bad stomach ache. I woke up this morning with really bad diarrhea and vomited approximately five times. I'm pretty sure I got food poison from the food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
