I woke up had a great workout, everything going according to plan. I opened a new box of plain Cheerios, ate the cheerios and immediately threw up. Milk was new so no issue there, after I threw up I felt better.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ate just before closing time on 2/26/2020, loaded baked potato soup, strawberry lemonade, and Cajun shrimp pasta. Not even 10 minutes after both my friend and I felt sick. After a 15 min drive home I puked 5x in the driveway.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
