5:00 pm 10/9/17, Nacos Bell Grande with Chicken , woke up at 6:30 am on 10/10/17 with nausea. Vomiting, dizziness, weakness. Called Dr. Laying in bed, vomiting can't move  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Dizziness

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, chicken quesadilla and a Fritos burrito around 9pm. Around 4 am, I started violently using the bathroom and puking throughout that whole entire day. Thank you food poisoning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
