Shrimp Taco Coleslaw Illness - Chili's, Ellenton Florida

I think coleslaw from the shrimp tacos I had, I was the only one who ate it. I am unsure if anyone else got sick. I had extreme stomach cramping and many bought a of diarrhea. Now the pains are sharper. It happened maybe 15 min after eating.   I can’t taste or smell anything right now after having covid a month ago. So I can’t tell you if it smelled or tasted funny  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Cramps
