Chili Causes Severe Illness - Wendy's, Cleveland Ohio

I ate chilli from there at approx 7:00pm
AND at approx midnight I was started with stomachs cramping and diarrhea… shortly after I was violently puking! The diarrhea & puking lasted the entire night. I also had and still have a massive headache and I’m very weak. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps, Weakness
