Additional Information: I picked up a to-go order at 7:00 PM on Wednesday at China A GoGo at 9340 W Flamingo Rd. It was chicken chow mein. I went to bed at 10:00 PM, woke up at 1:00 AM, and immediately started to have diarrhea and vomiting until 6:00 AM. I felt symptoms all day long, but had to go to work at 8:30 AM because I don't get paid sick leave, so I had to tough it out for my whole shift. I got off work at 6:00 PM, felt terrible, and didn't eat. I am still experiencing slight symptoms today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Nausea, Fever, Headache
