Rancid Oil Suspected Illness - Buffet, Missoula Montana

I have been sick at my stomach with in hours of eating at this buffet. March 27th 2022. Stomach pain, cramps, nausea, fatigue, foul gas.
Fried food tasted like oil was bad. I instead eat shrimp and other stuff that had sauce on it , not thinking at the time that the sauce was hiding the bad taste of oil that had a hint of rancid. I've been sick every since and today is March 31 2022 | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Fatigue, Stomach Pain, Gas
