Got the General Tso's Chicken and crab rangoons delivered yesterday afternoon around 2:00 PM. Only food I ate all day. Everything tasted fine but within 2 hours of finishing my meal, severe stomach cramps and overall nausea began. Was up all night with near constant diarrhea and vomiting. Finally was able to get an hour of sleep. Diarrhea has continued this morning but is controllable. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
