Chipotle
After ordering a steak bowl I've been "gassy" burping and passing gas a lot at first then later on my stomach started to hurt and threw up around 2 o'clock in the morning and now on the toilet for the second time for diarrhea. And my stomach has been keeping me up with a pain of 9/10 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Burping
