Food Safety Report: Chipotle.

Had a half steak half Barbacoa chipotle bowl on 8/18/15. Became violently ill at 4:30am on 8/20/15 and vomiting did not stop until that night. I was crying all day because I didn't know what was wrong with me and I missed my second day of college. Thank u chipotle u suck | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
