Navy Beans Illness Suspected - Chipotle,

I ate with two others at the glenway ave chipotle in Cincinnati on Monday may 16,2016. The difference between our orders is that I got navy beans on my shredded beef burrito and they asked for black beans on their shredded beef bowls. Within an hour I was so ill and in pain with fever that I dragged myself from my vehicle and laid in a yard. I later returned to my vehicle, still in pain, and made it to a Walgreens that was 1/2. Mile from where I laid in the grass. There I got very very sick with diahhrea and gomitting and horrible pain and now, a fever. I bought gasX and ibuprofen and barely made it home to continue to be ill for two days with all of the above symptoms. I have never called in sick with the company that I work for for the last 12 months until this. It's Wednesday, two days later, I'm still in pain but came to work. Now that I am well enough to communicate I wanted to let the restaurant know do that this didn't happen to anyone else. When I asked the boy who answered if he was the manager, he responded yes. I told him the above facts and let him know that I was positive it was due to eating there and most likely the navy beans, he asked if I had gone to the doctor. When I replied that I hadn't bit I still had half of the burrito that I didn't eat his response was...."well, no one can track it to us then". Touché. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
