Purchased a Chicken Bowl with a small bag of chips to go around 6pm on Jan. 31. About 2am that night, I woke up feeling feverish with a headache and diarrhea. Could not sleep for the rest of the night, lots of nausea and more diarrhea. In the morning I was unable to have breakfast due to the nausea and around 10am started to throw up. I thought i was going to die! This was my 3rd visit to Chipotle but first time I ever had food poisoning in my life. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Fever
