Went to Chipotle last night to get a chicken bowl. When I went to bed later on, tossed and turned the whole night and ended up not sleeping at all. In the morning, felt extremely nauseous and had terrible cramping in my abdomen. Also felt like I had to throw up, but could not in the morning. Ended up leaving work early, could not eat or drink a thing the entire day, and have been throwing up everything I ate from Chipotle last night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
