Burrito Bowl Illness Symptoms - Chipotle,

At 5pm, ordered burrito bowl with chicken, white rice, and all the toppings except lettus. Next morning threw up by 4am and had progressively worsening symptoms that included diarrhea, stomach cramps, headache, and more vomiting. Had to call in sick the next day. Two days later and now I can finally eat solid food again. FYI...Chipotle was the only thing I had to eat that day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
